Review before production use
Beta status
DFrame 0.1.0 is test software. Interface and workflow details can change after feedback and stability review.
Released scope
Only Family Library is available in Beta 0.1.0. Other DFrame modules remain hidden and inaccessible until a later controlled beta phase.
Revit versions
The beta installer includes separate builds for Revit 2025, 2026 and 2027. Earlier Revit versions are not included.
Model responsibility
Automation output must be reviewed by a qualified user. Maintain backups and verify results before issuing or exchanging model data.
Library access
Inaccessible network paths, protected folders, offline storage and unsupported file permissions can prevent indexing, previews and family loading.
Search
Search matches available family metadata and filenames. Incomplete or inconsistent source naming can reduce result quality.
Thumbnails
A preview may be unavailable until a family is indexed or when Revit content cannot be safely read. The thumbnail cache is stored in the DFrame user-data location.
Family loading
Existing family types, shared-family choices and project standards can affect the final load result. Always review the active project after loading.
Report an unexpected result
A result outside this documented scope may still be a defect. Stop the action and send the DFrame version, steps, screenshot and log to DFrame support.
